Although permanent, they are not indestructible. Permanent jewelry is not
recommended for people who regularly engage in activities where snags
could lead to injury. Consider sports, hobbies, tool & equipment use when
making this decision.

Rewelding Policy

We offer free rewelds, even if your piece wasn’t originally
purchased from us. However, the chain must still fit and remain
undamaged. Please note, we cannot reweld chains that were not
properly cut at the jump ring.

If your chain requires extension, such as adding jump rings or
additional chain length, an extra charge will apply. You can also
consider using connectors or charms to extend your chain;
these are priced individually and will incur an additional cost.

Silver will always tarnish over time. This is normal.

You can polish with jewelry polish cloth. You can find additional care
instruction on both Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Filled below. We also
provide customers with a care card once you are welded!

Watch for points and sharp angles that can hook fabrics. Simple chains
will wear the best over time. Precious metals are malleable. If bracelets
get caught on something and tugged, links can stretch, bend, or break
altogether

Chains can get dirty, dull, or darken with normal wear and skin’s natural
chemistry. This is normal and occurs with all types of jewelry. Cleaning
and polishing your jewelry regularly will extend the longevity of your
chains lifespan.

Solid Gold

Creates a thick layer of gold bonded to a base
metal through heat and pressure. This makes it
more durable and resistant to tarnishing. With
about 5% gold by weight, gold-filled pieces
offer a high-quality look and longevity at a
more affordable price than solid gold. Versus
gold plated, which has a thinner layer of gold
and can weatr off over time, especially with
frequent use.

composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other

Gold-filled enamel jewelry represents a

It is essential to recognize that enamel,
which is primarily composed of glass, is not
immune to damage; it can chip or break
when struck against hard surfaces or over
time. While enamel pieces are designed to
last between three to six months, many
customers have them on for extended
periods and looking like new with proper
care.

How can I receive the permanent jewelry
experience?

At present, we do not have a permanent location for customers to visit. As we primarily operate
through word-of-mouth referrals and pop-up vendor events, we kindly ask you to complete an
appointment request form with your preferred date and time. We will respond within 24 hours.

Our goal is to accommodate all customer requests.

The fine print for Private Events

Guest Minimum: Parties must have a minimum of 5 guests to book.

Booking Fee: A $150 booking fee is required to secure your event. This fee will be refunded once five participants purchase jewelry pieces.

Minimum Spend: We don’t have a set minimum purchase amount! However, to receive a refund of the booking fee, at least 5 purchases are required. We
offer a variety of chains at different price points, along with fun add on options - there’s something for everyone!

Travel Fee: We typically do not charge a travel fee for parties on Long Island or in Queens. For locations outside these areas, a travel fee may apply based on
distance, tolls and parking requirements. This will be discussed and confirmed during booking.

Cancellation Policy: We get it - life happens! If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 3 days in advance before your event. Booking fees
will be refunded for cancellations made prior to the 3-day mark. For cancellations within the 3 days of your event, the booking fee is non-refundable, but
we’d gladly work with you to reschedule.

Arrival Time: To ensure the best experience, guests should plan to arrive promptly. This allows everyone to take their time exploring our chain and add-on
options. Lare arrivals may result in shorter times.

Age Restrictions: All participants must be 18 or over to receive permanent jewelry services. Minors under 18 may participants with parental or guardian
consent.

Damaged Jewelry: All sales are final, and damaged chains or connectors after the event are not eligible for a refund. However, we offer free rewelds in some
cases, depending on the condition of the chain. Aftercare instructions will be provided to every customer at the time of purchase, and our FAQs are always
available for reference.

Payment:
- If you’re covering the cost for all guests, full payment will be due at the end of the party. We’ll keep a running list of everyone’s purchases and can also
  set a spending limit in advance if desired.
- If each guest is paying individually, payment will be due after they receive and love their purchase.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards.

Customizations: Additional charms, connectors, and upgrades are available at an additional cost and can be selected during the event.

Does permanent jewelry hurt?

Not at all! Your skin is protected with a sheet protector during the weld process. You won’t feel a thing!

What about removing for MRI or surgery?

If you are required to remove your jewelry for a surgical procedure or MRI, you should be able to easily cut with scissor. I
recommend cutting at the jump ring so your piece can be re-welded on at a later date. We offer FREE re-welds for any
piece of jewelry we originally place, as long as they are cut at the jump ring.

Can permanent jewelry be removed?

Absolutely! Your jewelry can be removed using scissors. It is highly recommended to cut at the jump ring, as this allows for
the possibility of rewelding the piece if desired. Cutting at any other location may complicate the rewelding process,
potentially necessitating the purchase of a new jewelry piece.

Is there an age requirement?

For minors between ages of 10-17, we require parental consent. We do not recommend for those under the age of 10.

Can I go through airport security?

Yes you can! TSA does not ask you to remove jewelry.

What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final—no exceptions. Once your jewelry piece has been welded closed, we do not provide refunds or allow
exchanges for any reason.

How long does permanent jewelry really last?

Permanent jewelry refers to the inability to take your jewelry on and off each day or when you want to. The longevity of your jewelry
piece depends on each person and their lifestyle. It depends on how you care for your jewelry. We do not guarantee any specific
lifespan.Permanent does not mean invincible. If you provide the right care for your jewelry pieces, they will last you a very long time.

What if my chain breaks?

If your permanent jewelry breaks, repairs may be possible. We will provide complimentary repairs if the break occurred at
the welded jump ring. However, if the break is located elsewhere, the feasibility of repair will depend on whether the piece
still fits your wrist, neck, or ankle. In such cases, we may offer repairs for a nominal fee. If the piece cannot be repaired,
we will extend the option to purchase a new item at a discounted rate. Please ensure that you have all components of your
jewelry for us to facilitate repairs. Kindly note that we do not provide refunds for any reason once your jewelry has been
welded.

What type of chain material do you carry?

Currently, we only carry 14k Gold Filled and .925 Sterling Silver

Why do I have a “black ring” around the area of my jewelry piece?

“Metallic Abrasion” is when tiny metal particles rub off on your from your gold jewelry to form a black substances, usually
looks round or like a “ring” on your skin. Lotions and oils are usually responsible for this due to their strong chemicals. You
can simply clean the jewelry with mild soap and soft toothbrush or jewelry cleaner and cloth. It also helps to exfoliate your
skin when your jewelry piece is.

How do I clean my permanent jewelry?

You can clean with soft cloth and mild soap. You can also use a jewelry cleaning cloth which is provided to you at the end of
your appointment.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email us at ellabellaluxe@gmail.com at least 48 hours in
advance. You can also cancel through our booking website via your appointment confirmation link, but rescheduling must
be done via email.

Is there anyone permanent jewelry is not recommended for?

We advise against permanent jewelry for individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to any metals, including gold
and silver, as well as for those with pacemakers. Additionally, it is not recommended for young children.

What if I lose my chain?

Regrettably, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or replacements for lost jewelry. However, if your piece was
originally purchased from us, we would be pleased to offer you a discount on your next jewelry purchase. Proof of purchase
is required
